ABOUT YOU is a FREE unisex schools programme for use when teaching 11-14 year olds (12-15 year olds in Ireland) about puberty and surrounding issues.
Schools that register will receive a range of free core paper-based materials, including: teaching guides providing structured lesson plans and interactive activities, leaflets for students and product samples. They will also be able to access the free additional online resources found on this website, including educational videos.
All of the supplied teaching materials have been developed by qualified teachers and educational consultants and are compatible with the teaching curriculums used across the UK and Ireland.

ABOUT YOU is here to provide 11-14 year olds (12-15 year olds in Ireland) with information about puberty and surrounding issues. There’s a lot going on with your body right now and this programme teaches you what to expect and how it all works.
Content includes: educational videos, quizzes and leaflets packed full of useful information. Girls also get the opportunity to receive some free feminine hygiene product samples.
To take part, your school must be registered for the programme. If they are not already, mention it to your teacher.
